How do I sign in?
Open You, choose Sign in to sync, enter your email, then open the magic link on the same device. Your local progress is never blocked if you choose to continue without an account.
Where is my data?
Without an account, it stays on this device. With an account, Bandwidth backs up your progress to your private Supabase row so it can be restored across devices.
Why is The Pack empty?
The Pack is real-only. It stays empty until you sign in and complete a focus session, and it stays empty when the live Supabase Pack tables are unavailable. Bandwidth never fills it with simulated people or wins.
